Custom Floor Plans, Product Selections

Keith home buyers get the benefit of working with Kathy Diesel, the in-house CAD Designer for Keith Homes. Kathy starts by meeting with the buyer to discuss the chosen home style. She then creates floor plans based on preferences identified. Buyers are able to review the plans and finalize specific characteristics of their new home.

In addition to creating floor plans, Kathy guides buyers through product selections. One of the major areas to design is the kitchen, which includes the selection of cabinetry, appliances, and countertops. Special attention is also given to the design of bathrooms and main living areas. Additionally, Kathy aids in selecting products that comprise the interior and exterior finish materials of the home.
