Select a home site and a home style, review plans and specifications, and receive a comprehensive homeowner manual.

Meet with independent mortgage expert, Lisa Clore of Community Bank's Washington location to explore financing options and establish a budget.

Place a refundable home site deposit and create a wish list with your personal product selections and desired amenities.

Finalize floor plan and selections based on an established budget.

Review final floor plan, specifications, and contract price.

Execute purchase agreement for your new home.

Close construction loan.

Break ground and enjoy the construction process.

Participate in a guided orientation of your new home, and move in with the piece of mind created by Keith Homes' warranty program!
